We wanted to take this time to reach out and update you on the impacted scheduled installations and on going service that we provide to our clients. We know this is a challenging and stressful time for our customers, their families & our community. We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely at IITS Networks & Automation Group and will be following guidelines New York has implemented during this outbreak to comply with safe distance regulations and health and safety protocols that we must comply with during this event.
Health & Safety are our top priorities:
IITS Networks & Automation Group exists to protect and support our customers infrastructure. Our normal operations for enterprise cloud backup, systems monitoring and system updates are 100% up and there should not be any impact to your daily operations. The remote system software and hardware devices that we have implemented and installed at each of our clients sites for several years has been built to overcome challenges like this so we can properly service and protect our clients network systems, home and business automation systems and VoIP communications remotely. The health and well-being of all our valued customers and of our employees remains the top priority. Along those lines, we have implemented a variety of policies, including reducing non essential on site service calls and in-person meetings with video conferencing and remote services. We are also limiting the number of install staff for on site projects to mitigate risk. We also instituted pre-check for wellness protocol for both our staff and customers that require an on site visit. Our staff remains healthy and safe and we are still open for business.
